The balance is due and payable on April 1. Prior to that date, reservations can be cancelled, and your deposit refunded, minus $350 to cover rebooking costs. After April 1, monies paid are not refundable, however, if you have paid for a trip but are unable to ride that year, 50% of monies paid may be applied to a trip the following year, upon request. If a trip is cancelled because of circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather, pandemic, fire, flights, etc.) MK Adventures will refund 50% of monies paid, upon request.
